Leader| UCSC
This activity aims at coordination and monitoring the progress of the project, maintaining constructive and cooperation relationships among partners, control the quality and manage the risk through a contingency plan. The primary objective is to establish professional project management structures and processes to ensure the quality and timely submission of the project results.
Leader| UCSC
The action aims to identify environmental and biodiversity problems in the project areas, implement and monitor NBS for improved soil health and biodiversity, set protocols to assess NBS impacts.
Leader| UPNA
The implementation of a NBS needs to be evaluated considering vine performance a cornerstone, as any change in the vineyard by growers requires a complete knowledge of the advantages and drawbacks in the framework of a productive system. WP3 aims to evaluate NBS implications on grapevine vegetative development, yield, grape composition and vine water status and physiological status as well as to quantify the evapotranspiration rates and to obtain a seasonal trend of NBS water use.
Leader| UPORTO
This action aims to evaluate NBS boost on vineyards’ soil health and ecosystem services, through several soil physical, chemical, biological and ecotoxicological descriptors. To achieve this objective, soils will be collected at demo farms according to a common protocol (see WP2) and delivered to lab responsible for the analysis and the assessment.
Leader| UCSC
This action aims to understand (and to measure) the mitigation of ecosystem pressure produced by NBS in comparison with standard local practices by evaluating biodiversity variations in below and above soil. All the activity will be synchronised among partners and most of them will be carried out in the same season according to common protocols (see WP2).
Leader| UNIPV
This action involves assessing the impact of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) on key soil ecosystem services compared to traditional management. It includes analysing the correlation between specific NBS and ecosystem service outcomes and highlighting the most promising NBS through engagement with stakeholders and policymakers. Results will be translated into practical vineyard soil management practices both locally and across the EU. Synergies among SOILDIVINE and Living Labs across Europe will enhance knowledge on NBS, supporting activities in both directions. Recommendations will be developed to inform NBS-based policies with a transnational perspective.
Leader| UL
This WP aims to raise awareness of the project and engage key audiences. Public authorities, technical experts, and scientific communities at regional, national, and international levels will be kept informed about our activities. All efforts are coordinated through a detailed dissemination and communication plan, which serves as the main reference for sharing results and promoting the project’s impact.
